Do you have a chronic health condition or autoimmunity and don’t know what to eat?

There’s a lot of noise out there in the food and diet world.

You hear it every day:
eat Paleo, Autoimmune Paleo, Keto. Eat more fats. Eat more carbohydrates. Stop eating carbohydrates. Don’t ingest oils. Go vegan. Eat only raw foods and juices. Do a “cleanse” (usually juice, sometimes broth).

Take expensive supplements and only eat soup. Eat within a 4 hour window each day. Combine your food in complex ways. Cycle what you eat and when.

Do an elimination diet where the only foods you eat are chicken and broccoli then take months to reintroduce foods.

With all this conflicting advice, it’s no wonder that you don’t know what to eat!

You think, “it’s so confusing, I don’t know what to do. This person says to eat this way, and this other person says to do the opposite. I feel like I’ve tried everything, but maybe this will finally help me feel better.”

So you follow that advice, with hopes that this time you’ll really get the help that you need. That you’ll finally start feeling better. That you can stop living your life as the sick person.

You dive in, you give it your all and see what happens.

You might even get results for a few weeks or a few months.

You might feel better for a period of time.

But then, something starts to not feel right with what you are eating.

Maybe it’s because the diet is too difficult to follow, or filled with too many supplements that are literally too hard to swallow.

The initial benefits and glow of the dietary change has worn off.

Maybe you are more tired, or stressed, or anxious.

Your symptoms are starting to return, or morph and change into something else.

You see people who have other complex health issues that are living full lives. Who have figured out their food.

And you want that.
